KING'S REGULATION
TO AMEND THE GILI3ERT AND ELLICE ISLANDS PROTECTORATE (CONSOLIDATION) REGULATION, 1908.
Made by His Britannic Majesty's High Commissioner for the Western Pacific under the Pacific Order in Council, 1893.

Dominions beyond the Seas King, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India.
Short title.
1. This Regulation may be cited as the Gilbert and Ellice (Leases Extent) Regulation, 1911.
Amendment of section 24 of Regulation No. III. of 1908.
2. Section twenty-four of the Gilbert and Ellice Islands Protectorate (Consolidation) Regulation, 1908, is hereby amended by the insertion,
after the word "nor" in the penultimate line thereof, of the words "without the approval of the High Commissioner."
