AN ACT TO REPEAL THE COMPULSORY RETIREMENT ACT 1996
(ACT NO. 24 OF 1996)

Commencement:
2004

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Compulsory Retirement (Repeal) Act 2004.

Repeal

2. The Compulsory Retirement Act (No 24 of 1996) is repealed.

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

The object of this short Act is to repeal the Compulsory Retirement Act 1996 (Act No 24 of 1996).
