AN ACT TO AMEND THE EDUCATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 29)

Commencement:

1997

MADE by the Maneaba ni Maungatabu and assented to by the Beretitenti.

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Education (Amendment) (No 2) Act 1997.

Repeal of section 28

2. The whole of section 28 of the Education Ordinance is repealed.
