§1203. Fees authority.
An Act to grant the Cabinet authority to set, adjust and collect reasonable use fees.

§1201. Short title.
This Chapter may be cited as the Government Fees Act 1984. [P.L. 1984-6, §1.]
§1202. Fees authority.
(1) Where the Cabinet has been given authority to make regulations to give effect to an Act, such authority includes the setting, adjusting and collecting of reasonable fees to be charged for the use and enjoyment of Government of the Marshall Islands facilities and services.
(2) Where no express regulation-making authority or fee-setting authority is granted to the Cabinet to effectuate an Act, authority is hereby given to set, adjust and collect reasonable fees to be charged for the use and enjoyment of Government of the Marshall Islands facilities and services.
(3) Where fees or fee-setting authority are established by Act, the Cabinet is given authority to set, adjust and collect reasonable fees to be charged for the use and enjoyment of Government of the Marshall Islands facilities and services.
(4) The Cabinet is hereby authorized to, when deemed appropriate in relation to particular facilities or services, set, adjust, and collect reasonable fees to be charged for the use and enjoyment of facilities and services of the Republic.
