MARSHALL ISLANDS INTER-GENERATIONAL TRUST FUND (REPEAL) ACT 2006

AN ACT

to repeal the Marshall Islands Inter-generational Trust Fund Act 1999.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE NITIJELA OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS:

Section l. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Marshall Islands Inter-generational Trust Fund (Repeal) Act, 2006.

Section 2. Repeal

The "Marshall Islands Inter-generational Trust Fund Act, 1999" is hereby repealed in its entirety.

Section 3. Effective Date

This Act shall take effect upon certification in accordance with the Constitution and the Rules and Procedures of the Nitijela.

CERTIFICATE

I hereby certify:

(1) That Nitijela Bill No: 130 was passed by the Nitijela of the Republic of the Marshall Islands on the 6^th day of November .2006; and

(2) That I am satisfied that Nitijela Bill No.: 130 was passed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Rules of Procedures of the Nitijela.
