NITIJELA OF THE REPUBLIC OF MARSHALL ISLANDS

MARSHALL ISLANDS RESIDENT REPRESENTATIVE (REPEAL) ACT 2013
AN ACT
To repeal Chapter 9, Title 43 of the MIRC, the Marshall Islands Resident Representative Act 1986 in its entirety.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE NITIJELA OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS:
Section 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the Marshall Islands Resident Representative (Repeal) Act, 2013.
Section 2. Amendment.
The Marshall Islands Resident Representative Act 1986 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 3. Effective date.
This Act shall take effect on the date of certification in accordance with the Constitution and the Rules of Procedures of the Nitijela.
