Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows:

1. Short title
   

This Act may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) Act 2015.

2. Commencement
   

This Act commences upon certification by the Speaker.

3. Amendment of section 2
   

Omit the following definition:

‘forfeited goods’ means goods that are forfeited to the Republic under section 283’

Substitute with the following:

‘forfeited goods’ means goods that are forfeited to the Republic under section 268 and section 283’
