AN ACT

To amend the Schedule to the Licences Act 1922-1978

(Certified: 13/6/97)

Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows:

SHORT TITLE

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Licences (Amendment) Act 1997.

(2) The Licences Act 1922-1978 as amended by this Act may be cited as the Licences Act 1922-1997.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force with immediate effect.

REPLACEMENT OF THE SCHEDULE TO THE LICENCES ACT 1922-1978

3. The Schedule to the Licences Act 1922-1978 is repealed and replaced with the following new Schedule, namely:-
