An Act to amend the Parliamentary Salaries and Allowances Act 2008 to increase salaries of members of Parliament

Certified on 16 August 2011

Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act 2011.

2 Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2011.

3 Act amended

The Schedule amends the Parliamentary Salaries and Allowances Act 2008.
