An Act to amend the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

[22 August 1923

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1923, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2. (1) Reprinted in place of the repealed s. 4 of the principal Act.

(2) This section is in substitution for section four of the principal Act, and that section is hereby accordingly repealed.

3. This section amended s. 8 (a) (iv) of the principal Act.

4. This section amended clause 5 of the Second Schedule to the principal Act.
