An Act to amend the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

[23 November 1967

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1967, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2. (1) (a) This paragraph amended the proviso to s. 9 (e) of the principal Act.

(b) Repealed by s. 2 (5) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1977.

(c) This paragraph amended s. 9 (f) of the principal Act.

(2) Repealed by s. 2 (5) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1977.

(3) Section 18 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1940 is hereby repealed.

(4) The Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1964 is hereby repealed.

3. Repealed by s. 2 (5) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1977.
