An Act to amend the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

[11 October 1930

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Incorporated Societies Amendment Act 1930, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

2. This section amended s. 2(1) of the Incorporated Societies Amendment Act 1920.
