BUSINESS LICENCE AMENDMENT ACT 2011

Act No. 307

An Act to amend the Business Licence Act 1997.

1 Title

This is the Business Licence Amendment Act 2011.

2 Interpretation

In this Act -

"principal Act" means the Business Licence Act 1997.

3 Section 13 of the principal Act amended

Section 13 of the principal Act is amended by deleting "March" and replacing it with "May".

4 Section 14 of the principal Act amended

Section 14 of the principal Act is amended:

(a) In sub-section (1), by deleting "March" and replacing it with "May"; and

(b) In sub-section (4), by deleting "April" and replacing it with "June"; and

(c) In sub-section (8), by deleting "March" and replacing it with "May".
