AN ACT

to amend the Civil List Act 1999

1. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Civil List Amendment Act 2004 and is part of the Civil List Act 1999 ("the principal Act").

(2) This Act is deemed to have entered into force on 1^st July 2003.

2. Schedule of principal Act amended

(1) The principal Act is amended by repealing Part 1 - Remuneration of the Schedule and substituting with the following:

Part 1 – Remuneration

This Act was passed by the Niue Assembly on the 4th day of March 2004.
