An Ordinance of the Niue Island Assembly to appropriate certain sums of money out of the Niue Assembly Account to the services of the year ending with the thirty-first day of March 1967 and to appropriate the supplies granted in this year (20 July 1966).

MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN - We, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Niue Island Assembly, toward making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this year, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted.

1. Short Title - This Ordinance may be cited as the Niue Island Appropriation Ordinance 1966, and relates to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March 1967 (hereinafter referred to as "this year").

2. Grant and appropriation of £732,600 out of the Niue Assembly Account - (1) There may be issued and applied from the Niue Assembly Account towards making good the supplies granted to Her Majesty for the services of this year, any sums which do not exceed the sum of seven hundred and thirty-two thousand six hundred pounds.

(2) The sums hereinbefore authorised to be applied are hereby appropriated for the services expressed in the several votes specified in the First Schedule to this Ordinance.

3. Grant and appropriation of £50,200 out of the Niue Assembly Account for special purposes - (1) There may be issued and applied from Niue Assembly Account for economic development, marketing and housing improvement purposes any sums which do not exceed the sum of fifty thousand two hundred pounds.

(2) The sums hereinbefore authorised to be applied are hereby appropriated for the services expressed in the several votes specified in the Second Schedule to this Ordinance.
