AN ACT

to amend the Niue Philatelic and Numismatic Act 1996

1. Short title and Commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Niue Philatelic and Numismatic Amendment Act 2003.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the date it is passed by the Niue Assembly.

2. Interpretation

(1) In this Act –

"the principle Act" means the Niue Philatelic and Numismatic Act 1996.

3. Section 17 of the principal Act amended

(1) Section 17, subsection 1 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "31st March" and replacing with "30th June".

4. Section 19 of the principal Act amended

(l) Section 19 of the principal Act is repealed.

The Niue Assembly passed this Act on the 17th day of September 2003.
