NIUE TRUST FUND AMENDMENT ACT 2010

Act No. 306

An Act to amend certain provisions of the Niue Trust Fund Act 2004.

1 Title

This is the Niue Trust Fund Amendment Act 2010.

2 Interpretation

In this Act -

"principal Act" means the Niue Trust Fund Act 2004.

3 Section 2 of the principal Act amended

Section 2 of the principal Act is amended by:

(a) repealing the definition of "Agreement" as it appears alphabetically, and replacing it with the following:

"Agreement" means the Deed Concerning the Niue International Trust done at Nadi, Fiji on the 25th October 2006.'

(b) repealing the definition of "Auditor" as it appears alphabetically, and replacing it with the following:

"Auditor" means the Auditor of the Government of Niue.

4 Section 6(a) of the principal Act amended

Section 6(a) of the principal Act is amended by repealing the reference "article 22" inserting in its place "clause 17".
