CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ORDER 1995
At the Cabinet Chambers at Alofi this 19th day of September 1995
PURSUANT to the Customs Act 1966 (NZ) the Ministers of Cabinet make the following Regulations:

1. Short Title and Commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Customs Amendment Order 1995.
(2) This Order shall come into force or be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of September 1995.
2. Cancelled - (1) The following Orders made under the Customs Act 1966 are cancelled as they are no longer relevant to Niue’s circumstances:
The Customs Export Prohibition Order 1971
The Customs Import Prohibition Order 1937. No. 7
The Customs Import Prohibition Order 1937. No. 9
The Customs Import Prohibition Order 1938. No. 1
The Customs Import Prohibition Order 1938. No. 3
