1. Name
2. Annual fee for vessels
PURSUANT to Section 28 of the Domestic Fishing Act 1996 Cabinet makes the following Regulations:
1. Name
These are the Domestic Fishing (Annual Fees) Regulations 2007.
2. Annual fee for vessels
Regulation 9(2) of the Domestic Fishing Regulations 1996 is repealed and replaced with the following:
| “(2) The annual licence fee payable for vessels- | $10.00 |
| For a vessel with a tare weight under 750kg | |
| For a vessel with a tare weight of 750 kg or over | $110.00 |
| For any vessel that carries persons for hire or reward | $60.00” |
