OFF-SHORE BANKING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

At the Cabinet Chamber at Alofi this 11^th day of July 1995.

PURSUANT to Section 40 of the Off-Shore Banking Act 1994 the Ministers of Cabinet hereby make the following regulation.

Regulations

1. Title and Commencement - (1) These regulations may be cited as the Off-shore Banking Amendment Regulations 1995 and is to be read together with and deemed part of the Off-Shore Banking Regulations 1994.

(2) These regulations come into force on the 1st day of July 1995.

2. Administration charge - The administration charge required by Section 9 of the Act is US$1500.00.
