1. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE.

Notice of intention to apply for a licence shall be in Form 1.

2. CERTIFICATE TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUE OF LICENCE.

A certificate authorizing the issue of a licence shall be in Form 2.

3. AUCTIONEER’S LICENCE.

A licence shall be in Form 3.

4. TEMPORARY LICENCE.

A temporary licence shall be in Form 4.
