ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS.

MADE under the Arrest Act 1977.

1. WARRANT FOR ARREST.

(1) A warrant–

(a) by a court, other than a Local Court, shall be in Form 1; and

(b) by a Local Court shall be in Form 2.

(2) A warrant for breach of a condition of bail shall be in Form 3.

2. ORDER, ETC., FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION.

(1) A consent to a medical examination shall be in Form 4.

(2) An order that a medical examination take place shall be in Form 5.

(3) A copy of an order under Subsection (2) shall be delivered to the person in custody in respect of an offence.
