MADE under the Baby Feed Supplies (Control) Act 1977.

1. AUTHORIZATION.

(1) An authorization for the supply of a proscribed article shall be in Form 1.

(2) An authorized person shall, at the time of giving an authorization, give to the person to whom that authorization relates, instructions in Form 2.

2. RECORD OF AUTHORIZATIONS.

Pharmacists shall keep a record of the issue of proscribed articles supplied in accordance with an authorization in Form 3.
