MADE under the Dangerous Drugs Act.

1. LICENCES.

(1) A licence shall be in Form 1.

(2) The fee for the issue or renewal of a licence is K1.00.

2. SECURITY.

A security under Section 5(3) of the Act shall be in Form 2.

3. IMPORT AUTHORIZATION.

A certificate under Section 7 of the Act shall be in Form 3.
