. PRESCRIBED OFFICERS.

For the purposes of Sections 70 and 71 of the Act, the following are prescribed officers:–

(a) the Registrar of Companies appointed under the Companies Act 1997; and

(b) the Registrar of Trade Marks appointed under the Trade Marks Act 1978.
