MADE by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the advice of the National Executive Council under the Environmental Planning Act 1978.

. REQUISITION REQUIRING ENVIRONMENT PLAN.

A requisition on a proponent requiring him to submit an environment plan as required under Section 4 of the Act shall be in the prescribed form in Schedule 1.
