Instruments Act 1953
This reprint of this Statutory Instrument incorporates all amendments, if any, made before25 November 2006 and in force at 1 July 2001.

The register of bills of sale required to be kept under Section 8(1)(c) of the Act shall be in Form 1.

A memorandum of satisfaction under Section 11(1)(a) of the Act shall be in Form 2.

A statement of particulars of a stock mortgage required by Section 27 of the Act shall be in Form 3.

The fees for the doing of an act or thing specified in Schedule 2 are the fees prescribed in that Schedule.

Date of deed.	Name of mortgagor.	Name of mortgagee.	Name of witness or witnesses.	Consideration.	Numbers and description of mortgaged stock, brands or other distinctive marks and station where they are depasturing, and name of principal superintendent or overseer.
