Stamp Duties (Penalties Amendment) Act 2001,

Being an Act to amend the Stamp Duties Act 1952,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on passage of the Bill.

The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the Stamp Duties Act 1952.
