AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (National Parliament 2010) Act 2009,

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund sums for the National Parliament for recurrent activities and National Development projects for the year ending 31December 2010.

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K86,018,200.00

Subject to authorization from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the recurrent activities of the National Parliament for the year ending 31 December 2010 the sum of K86,018,200.00 as in the schedule.

2 GRANT OF K274,350.00

Subject to authorization from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for National Development projects for the ending 31 December 2010 an estimated sum of K274,350.00. The sum is to be sourced from donor grants. In the event that the amounts appropriated is not received in the year ending 31 December 2010 from the respective donors, this appropriation may not be issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund and will lapse.

3. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 are appropriated for the recurrent activities and development projects of the agency listed in the Schedule in the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
