1. Grant of K75, 116,500.00 for Recurrent Expenditure.
2. Grant of K10, 000,000.00 for Development Expenditure.

SCHEDULE.


An Act


entitled


Appropriation (Judiciary Services 2013) Act 2012,


Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund sums for the Judiciary Services for recurrent expenditure and National Development projects for the year ending 31 December 2013,


MADE by the National Parliament.


1. GRANT OF K75, 116,500.00 FOR RECURRENT EXPENDITURE.


Subject to authorisation from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the recurrent activities of the Judiciary for the year ending 31 December 2013 the sum of K75, 116,500.00.


2. GRANT OF K10, 000,000.00 FOR DEVELOPMENT EXPENDITURE.


Subject to authorisation from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for National Development related activities of the Judiciary for the year ending 31 December 2013 the sum of K10, 000,000.00.


3. APPROPRIATION.


Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 are appropriated for the recurrent activities and development projects of the Agency identified in the Schedule to this Act.
