AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (Judiciary Services 2018 Budget) Act 2017.

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the Judiciary Services for operational expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2018.

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K205,079,242.00.

Subject to authorisation from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the operational expenditure of the Judiciary for the year ending 31 December 2018, the sum of K205,079,242.00.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2018 are appropriated for the operational and expenditure of the Agency listed in the Schedule of this Act.

SCHEDULE.

Estimates of expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2018.
