AN ACT

entitled

Conservation Areas (Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Conservation Act (Chapter 362),

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended in Subsection (1) in the definition of "area" in Paragraph (a), by inserting the following words after the word "region":

"anywhere in Papua New Guinea or in the waters of Papua New Guinea, including on the seabed".
