Constitutional Amendment No.36 - Motions of No Confidence Law.
Being a law to alter the provision of the Constitution to increase the period for vote of no confidence to thirty months,
MADE by the National Parliament.
MOTIONS OF NO CONFIDENCE (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 145).
Section 145(4) of the Constitution is amended by repealing the words "eighteen months" and substituting them with the following words:–
"thirty months".

CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 14.
I THEO ZURENOUC, Speaker of the National Parliament hereby certify that the requirements of Section 14(1), (2) and (3) of the Constitution were complied with in respect of the Constitutional Amendment No. 36 - Motions of No Confidence Law and that the law was made by the National Parliament as follows:–
(a) the first vote was taken on 27 November, 2012 when the number of seats in the National Parliament were 111 and those voting for the proposal were 101 and those voting against the proposal were 0; and
(b) the second vote was taken on 5 February, 2013 when the number of seats in the National Parliament were 111 and those voting for the proposal were 90 and those voting against were 14.
