Amendment of Schedule 2.
SCHEDULE.
AN ACT
entitled
Customs Tariff (Amendment No. 2) Act 2003,
Being an Act to amend the Customs Tariff Act 1990,
MADE by the National. Parliament to come into operation on certification except, Items 26.16, 28.43, 71.06 and 71.08 of Schedule - to be deemed to have come into operation on 28 November 2000.
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2.
Schedule 2 of the Principal Act is amended in the following Export Items by repealing the rates of export duty of each of the Export Item and replacing them with the rates of export duty specified opposite that Export Item on the Schedule to this Act.
