1. Amendment of Schedule 1.

AN ACT

entitled

Excise Tariff (Amendment No. 2) Act 1998,

Being an Act to amend the Excise Tariff Act (Chapter 107),

MADE by the National Parliament to be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1998.

1. AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1.

The rate of the following item in Schedule 1 of the Principal Act is repealed and replaced with the following:-

SCHEDULE 1.
DUTIES OF EXCISE.

I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Excise Tariff (Amendment No.2) Act 1998 which has been made by the National Parliament.
