ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Limitation of actions in contract, tort, etc., (Amendment of Section 16).

AN ACT

entitled

Frauds and Limitations (Amendment) Act 1992,

Being an Act to amend the Frauds and Limitations Act 1988,

MADE by the National Parliament.

LIMITATION OF ACTIONS IN CONTRACT, TORT, ETC., (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 16).

Section 16(4) of the Principal Act is repealed and is replaced with the following:-

"(4) Nothing contained in Subsection (3) shall be construed as affecting any action for which a period of limitation is specified by any other Act, and that subsection shall be read and construed accordingly.".
