AN ACT

entitled

Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Goods and Services Tax Act 2003,

MADE by the National Parliament and deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2009.

TAX PAYMENTS TO BE BANKED IN SPECIAL ACCOUNT (AMENDMENT
OF SECTION 66).

Section 66 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing and replacing it with the following:

"66. GST TAX REVENUE PAYMENT AND DISTRIBUTION.

All revenue collected from the imposition of goods and services tax under this Act shall be paid and distributed in accordance with the provisions of the Inter-Governmental Relations (Functions and Funding) Act 2009.
