AN ACT

entitled

Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2009,

Being an Act to amend the Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2009,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the Advice of the Minister.

COMMISSIONER OF TAXATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6B).

Section 6B of the Principal Act is amended in Subsection (4) by repealing the words "or the Commissioner of Customs".
