Vacation of Office (Amendment of Section 12).

AN ACT

entitled

Kokopo City Authority (Amendment) Act 2021.

Being an Act to amend the Kokopo City Authority Act 2015,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with the advice of the Minister.

VACATION OF OFFICE (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 12).
Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Subsection (4).
