Interpretation (Amendment of Section 2).

No. 53 of 2015.

AN ACT

entitled

Land (Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Land Act 1996,

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the definition of "land" and replacing it with the following new definition:

""land" includes an interest in land -

• (a) whether arising out of and regulated by custom or otherwise; and
• (b) the foreshore;".
