AN ACT

entitled

National Capital District Commission (Amendment) Act 2008.

Being an Act to amend the National Capital District Commission Act 2001,

MADE by the National Parliament to be deemed to have come into operation on 22 April 2004.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CENTRAL PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT, GULF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT AND MOTU KOITABU COUNCIL (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 33).

Section 33(2) of the Principle Act is amended by repealing the word "refundable" and replacing it with the word "due".
