Development levies (Amendment of Section 160).

No. 16 of 2019.

AN ACT

entitled

Oil and Gas (Amendment) Act 2019,

Being an Act to amend the Oil and Gas Act 1998 relating to development levies and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament

DEVELOPMENT LEVIES.

Section 160 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Subsection (6) and replacing it with the following:

"(6) Development levies to which -

• (a) a provincial government; or
• (b) a local-level government,

is entitled to, shall be distributed from the trust account in accordance with a provincial law relating to the appropriation of moneys.".
