ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Repeal.

AN ACT

entitled

Provincial Governments and Local-level Governments (Consequential Repeals) Act 1995,

Being an Act to repeal various Acts consequential upon the enactment of the Organic Law on Provincial Governments and Local-level Governments which incorporated the repeal of the Organic Law on Provincial Government,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation in accordance with the coming into operation of the Organic Law on Provincial Governments and Local -level Governments.

REPEAL.

The following Acts are repealed -

(a) National Fiscal Commission Act (Chapter 351); and
(b) Provincial Government (Mediation and Arbitration Procedures) Act (Chapter 382); and
(c) Provincial Government (Transfer of Assets, etc.,) Act 1980; and
(d) Provincial Government (Transfer of Activities) Act (Chapter 401).
