AN ACT

entitled

Public Services (Management)(Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Public Services (Management) Act 2014 to provide for Kumul Minerals Company and Kumul Petroleum Company and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament.

APPLICATION OF THIS ACT (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3).

Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting –

(a) the numeral one in bracket "(1)" in front of the word "This"; and

(b) the following new subsections after Subsection (1):

"(2) No Kumul Minerals Company, as defined in Section 2 of the Kumul Minerals Holdings Limited Authorisation Act 2015, is a Department of the National Public Service and no officer of a Kumul Minerals Company (including the Managing Director) is an officer of or an employee in, the National Public Service, and for the avoidance of doubt, this Act has no application to any Kumul Minerals Company or to any employee or officer of any Kumul Minerals Company.

(3) No Kumul Petroleum Company, as defined in Section 2 of the Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited Authorisation Act 2015, is a Department of the National Public Service and no officer of a Kumul Petroleum Company (including the Managing Director) is an officer of or an employee in, the National Public Service, and for the avoidance of doubt, this Act has no application to any Kumul Petroleum Company or to any employee or officer of any Kumul Petroleum Company.".
