AN ACT

entitled

Public Services (Management) (Consequential Amendment) Act 2020,

Being an Act to amend the Public Services (Management) Act 1995, and for related matters.

MADE by the National Parliament, to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette, by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the advice of the Minister.

REFERENCES TO CHIEF SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT.

All references to the words "Chief Secretary to Government" appearing in the Principal Act are repealed and replaced with the word "Secretary".
