1. Amendment of Schedule.

AN ACT

entitled

Rationalisation of the Public Service (Budget Provisions) (Amendment No.2) Act 2000,

Being an Act to amend the Rationalisation of the Public Service (Budget Provisions) Act 1995,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE.

The Schedule to the Principal Act is amended by adding the following new Paragraph: -

"(c) Where payment is received on or after 1 January 2001.

I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Rationalisation of the Public Service (Budget Provisions) (Amendment No.2) Act 2000 which has been made by the National Parliament.
