Interpretation (Amendment of Section 1).

No. 62 of 2015.

AN ACT

entitled

War Surplus Material (Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the War Surplus Material Act (Chapter 331),

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 1).

Section 1 of the Principal Act is amended in the definition of "war surplus material" by deleting the words "located in the country including its internal waters and its territorial sea and the underlying lands" wherever they appear in the definition and replacing them with the following words:

"located in Papua New Guinea, including the waters of Papua New Guinea and the seabed and subsoil of those waters".
