PRESCRIPTION OF MINISTERS

AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PRESCRIPTION OF MINISTERS BY PARLIAMENT

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Ministers Act.

Number of Ministers

2. For the purposes of section 33(2) of the Constitution the prescribed number of Ministers (in addition to the Prime Minister) shall not exceed eighteen.
