AN ACT TO AMEND THE AQUACULTURE MANAGEMENT ACT 2003

I assent,

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Aquaculture Management (Amendment) Act 2005.

2. Section 26(2) of the Aquaculture Management Act 2003 is amended by inserting the words "or the Waste Management Act 2005" after the words "subsection (1)".

Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 19 day of October, 2005.
