AN ACT
TO REPEAL THE BRANDS ACT

[30th of July 2002.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Brands (Repeal) Act 2002.

2. The Brands Act (Cap. 148) is hereby repealed.

Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 30th day of July, 2002.
